Questions we get on every call.
What does "encoding" mean?
Writing down how your company works (identity, rules, team, workflows, know-how) as plain files an AI agent can read and follow. No black box: you can open every file and read it yourself.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You need a computer, a GitHub account and a Claude (Pro or Max) or ChatGPT plan. We set up the rest with you in the first session.
What does the AI cost?
It runs on your own plan, from about US$20 a month. We don't resell tokens or add a markup.
Who owns the files?
You do. Your encoded company lives in your own repository. If you stop working with us, it stays with you.
Won't this be obsolete in six months?
Models change every month. How your company works doesn't. The value is the architecture, your business written down, and that moves with you to whatever tool comes next.
Cohort or done-for-you: how do I know?
We decide it together on the call. Roughly: if it's you or a small team, the cohort. If you have several departments and want us to do the work, done-for-you.
Is it in Spanish?
Yes. Sessions, method and the operating system work in Spanish and English.
Mac or Windows?
Both. On Mac we use Superset, on Windows we use Orca. Either way you get the terminal ready, no setup headaches.
